Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry worked with Leo Villa Training and Consultancy between July – December 2015 and received services that included Joint Commission International (JCI) Consultancy, Joint Commission International (JCI) Trainings, and Document Translations.
In our project that we carried out using Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation Standards for Ambulatory Care (3rd Edition), Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry has been successfully accredited by JCI for the third time .
With our Joint Commission International (JCI) Consultancy services, our team located in the organization 5 days for 5 months and supported the hospital in all areas of need during the accreditation process. Internal Audits, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) System, JCI and Quality System Trainings have been established by related departments of the hospital.
Also, documents necessary for the “Document Review” session of Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation have been reviewed for compliance to standards defined in “Survey Process Guide”. Revisions have been made by providing feedback and successfully translated between Turkish – English language. A total of 155 pages of document translation has been done for the audit of hospital.
In addition, Leo Villa Training and Consultancy supported the ortanization by undertaking the Quality Standard Translation required for ADA (American Dental Association) Accreditation, which is successfully being carried out.
Note: Only two Oral and Dental Health Centers in Turkey are entitled to Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation and both organizations have received support from Leo Villa Training and Consultancy during accreditation preparation phase.
