Joint Commission International (JCI) Consultancy, Joint Commission International (JCI) Trainings and Document Translation services have been given to Dentaydın Dental Hospital by Leo Villa Training and Consultancy.
Istanbul Aydin University is one of Turkey’s most preferred foundation universities located in Bahçelievler and Florya. Dentistry Faculty Dentaydın Dental Hospital offers oral and dental health services with academic physician staff, technical and medical background, success in patient satisfaction, international health agreements and social responsibility projects.
With Istanbul Aydın University Dental Faculty and Dental Hospital Dentaydın, we completed a project between January – April 2016 including Joint Commission International (JCI) Consultancy, Joint Commission International (JCI) Trainings and Document Translation.
In our project that we carried out using Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation Standards for Ambulatory Care (3rd Edition), Istanbul Aydın University Dentaydın Dental Hospital has been successfully accredited by JCI for the first time.
With our Joint Commission International (JCI) Consultancy services, our team located in the organization for a month and supported the hospital in all areas of need during the accreditation process. In this project funded by İstanbul Kalkınma Ajansı (İSTKA), we provided support in the process of determining the requirements, making budgeting, creating savings items and alternative uses.
We also have completed an Effective Presentation Skills Training for newly established Training Team to make more effective presentations and increase their competencies.
Documents necessary for the “Document Review” session of Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation have been reviewed for compliance to standards defined in “Survey Process Guide”. Revisions have been made by providing feedback and successfully translated between Turkish – English language. A total of 158 pages of document translation has been done for the audit of hospital.
Note: Only two Oral and Dental Health Centers in Turkey are entitled to Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation and both organizations have received support from Leo Villa Training and Consultancy during accreditation preparation phase.
