Feasibility report services have been given to Makro Construction – Akyapı joint venture.
Makro Construction has been founded in 2004. They have reached to a total construction area of 600.000 m2 including 6701 houses, 362 commercial units and many social facilities, schools and places of worship in their completed and continuing projects.
We have worked with Makro Construction on a very detailed feasibility report of a new project to be made at Bahçetepe. In line with the need to build health campuses by bringing together many branch hospitals, the formation of commercial areas to nourish this need was a necessary step in the name of the project and accompanying industry development.
In this project consisting a total of 16 blocks and 1,476 houses, establishment of “Complementary Health Units” such as Imaging Center, Medical Biochemistry / Microbiology and Pathology Laboratories, Dialysis Center, Oral and Dental Health Policlinic, Esthetic and Beauty Center, Pharmacies, Examination Houses, Polyclinics, Dental Laboratories, Optics, Hearing Centers, Health Passages, Insurance Agencies, social areas were planned.
In this context, each unit’s purpose, legal durability, licensing and structure, general and architectural characteristics were presented in a way that it will form an integral part for its requirement,
